Description

Provide expert consultancy on the configuration and optimisation of Worktribe systems.
Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement within the platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to staff on Worktribe usage and best practices.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues as they arise.
Contribute to the development of system documentation and user guides.
Support the integration of Worktribe with other systems used by the organisation.
Ensure compliance with data protection and organisational policies during system enhancements.

Profile

A successful Worktribe SME / Consultant should have:

In-depth knowledge and experience of Worktribe systems.
A strong background in technology, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
Proven ability to analyse and improve system processes effectively.
Experience delivering training and support to end-users.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
