Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ERP Project Jobs. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of ERP Project Jobs, including employers who post job listings and job seekers who browse and apply for roles. Where terms apply specifically to one group, this is clearly indicated.

1. About the Platform

ERP Project Jobs (erpprojectjobs.com) is a niche job board operated by SouthwestCIO Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. The platform connects employers hiring ERP project professionals with candidates actively seeking ERP project roles.

SouthwestCIO Limited is referred to in these terms as "we", "us", or "the Operator".

Users of the platform are referred to as "you". Where a distinction is needed:

  • Employers means organisations or individuals who post job listings on the platform.
  • Job Seekers means individuals who browse, search, or apply for roles on the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use ERP Project Jobs you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable law

Employers must have the legal authority to post roles on behalf of their organisation. Agencies posting on behalf of clients confirm they are authorised to do so.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of the platform require you to register an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us promptly at hello@southwestcio.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that are used in breach of these terms.

4. Employer Terms

4.1 Posting Job Listings

Employers may post job listings on the platform subject to the following conditions:

  • Listings must relate to genuine, current ERP project roles
  • Role descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
  • Listings must not discriminate unlawfully on grounds of age, sex, race, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010
  • Listings must comply with all applicable UK employment advertising regulations
  • Listings must not contain false salary information, misleading location data, or fabricated role requirements

We reserve the right to remove any listing that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be inaccurate, misleading, discriminatory, or otherwise in breach of these terms.

4.2 Listing Types and Fees

The platform currently offers three listing types:

  • Standard Listing — £150, one-time payment, 30-day active period
  • Featured Listing — £250, one-time payment, 30-day active period with priority placement
  • Employer Bundle — £500 per month, up to five simultaneous featured listings

Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. SouthwestCIO Limited is VAT registered. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate at the point of purchase. Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of posting. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Listings go live immediately upon successful payment.

4.3 Listing Duration and Renewal

Standard and Featured listings are active for 30 days from the date of posting. At expiry, listings are automatically deactivated. You will receive an email reminder before expiry. Listings may be reposted at the then-current price.

Employer Bundle subscriptions are billed monthly and continue until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Editing Listings

You may edit an active listing at any time during its 30-day period by logging into your employer account. Edits take effect immediately.

4.5 Refund Policy

Listings go live immediately upon payment. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds once a listing has been posted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents your listing from displaying correctly, contact us at hello@southwestcio.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

4.6 Upgrades

If you wish to upgrade a Standard listing to a Featured listing after posting, contact us at hello@southwestcio.com. We will arrange the upgrade for the difference in price (£100 at current pricing).

4.7 Agency Postings

Recruitment agencies and staffing firms may post roles on behalf of clients without disclosing the end client's identity, provided:

  • The role description contains sufficient information for candidates to assess fit
  • The agency has authority to advertise the role
  • The listing clearly identifies itself as an agency posting where required by law

4.8 Employer Conduct

Employers agree not to:

  • Post roles that do not exist or that are not actively being recruited for
  • Use the platform to harvest candidate data for purposes other than recruiting for the stated role
  • Contact candidates who have not applied to their listing
  • Misrepresent the employing organisation, the role, or the compensation
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users or SouthwestCIO personnel
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts

5. Job Seeker Terms

5.1 Searching and Applying

Browsing and applying for roles is free for job seekers. No payment is required at any stage of the application process. You apply directly to employers via the apply link or email specified on each listing. ERP Project Jobs is not a party to the application or hiring process.

5.2 Candidate Profiles and CV Upload

Job seekers may optionally create a profile and upload a CV. By doing so, you:

  • Confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date
  • Grant us a limited licence to store and display your profile information to employers who have purchased Employer Bundle access to the candidate CV database
  • Understand that your CV may be viewed by employers accessing the candidate database
  • Retain the right to delete your profile and CV at any time by contacting hello@southwestcio.com

5.3 Job Alerts

Job seekers may register for email job alerts filtered by ERP platform, role type, location, and contract type. You may unsubscribe from alerts at any time using the unsubscribe link in any alert email.

5.4 Job Seeker Conduct

Job seekers agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading applications
  • Impersonate another person
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than seeking ERP project employment
  • Use automated tools to apply for roles or scrape data from the platform
  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users or SouthwestCIO personnel
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts

  • Not contain offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful material
  • Not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Not contain malicious code, links to harmful content, or spam

We reserve the right to remove any content that does not meet these standards without notice.

By submitting content to the platform (including job listings and CV information), you grant SouthwestCIO Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content as necessary to operate and promote the platform.

You retain ownership of all content you submit.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • ERP Project Jobs is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that any particular role will result in a successful hire, or that any application will receive a response
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of content submitted by employers or job seekers

  • Our total liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Third-Party Services
