The Data, Technology and Innovation (DTI) division enables the FCA to be a digital-first, data-led smart regulator by delivering a secure, agile, and cost-effective technology and data ecosystem that drives better decisions, transparency, and operational efficiency.
Sitting within DTI, the Digital Systems team delivers the systems that enable the FCA to be a more effective and smarter regulator.
Role responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and deployment of AI models and automations within Salesforce, with a focus on Agentforce and Data 360 platforms
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into practical AI solutions
- Configure, customise, and help optimise Salesforce AI features, supporting integration with existing systems and alignment with FCA guidelines
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining AI models to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance, contributing to ongoing improvements where required
- Provide technical support to business users, including assisting with training and resolving issues related to Salesforce AI functionality
- Create and maintain clear documentation for AI models, workflows and system integrations
- Collaborate with IT security and risk teams to support data privacy and ensure AI solutions meet relevant regulatory requirements
- Keep up to date with developments in Salesforce AI, Agentforce, Data 360, and related technologies
Skills required
Minimum:
- Ability to document processes and technical specifications clearly and concisely
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration with third-party systems
Essential:
- Experience in Salesforce platforms particularly Agentforce and Data 360
- Understanding of AI, machine learning and data analytics as applied within CRM environments
- Understanding of data privacy, governance and regulatory requirements
