Interface Recruitment is seeking a flexible IT support professional to join a global manufacturing group in Sheffield. You will train on a bespoke ERP system, support end users, troubleshoot data issues and document procedures for knowledge sharing.
Travel to different sites may be required. You'll work with the IT department's diverse teams, translating technical concepts for non-technical users and building strong problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
