We're looking for experienced, Workday certified, Interim Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Implementation Specialists to support a major technology-enabled procurement transformation programme.
This is an exciting opportunity for hands on Workday specialists to play a pivotal role in the implementation, optimisation and successful adoption of P2P processes and technology within a complex business environment.
The Opportunity
Working at the heart of a high profile transformation programme, you'll help translate business requirements into practical, scalable Workday solutions, driving greater efficiency, automation, compliance and control across the end-to-end P2P lifecycle.
You'll work closely with Procurement, Finance, IT and key business stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation and seamless transition into business as usual operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation and configuration of Workday P2P functionality, including procurement, requisitioning, purchase orders, supplier management and invoicing.
Map, design and optimise end-to-end P2P processes, identifying opportunities for automation, standardisation and improved controls.
Translate Procurement and Finance requirements into Workday system configurations and functional solutions.
Support system integration, data migration, testing (UAT), defect resolution and deployment activities.
Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive adoption, deliver training and embed new ways of working.
Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide hands on expertise throughout go live and hypercare.
What We're Looking For
Current or previous Workday certification - essential, ideally aligned to Workday Procurement, Workday Strategic Sourcing or relevant Financial Management functionality.
Proven experience delivering Workday P2P implementations, ideally across complex, multi-entity organisations.
Strong understanding of the complete Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, including sourcing-to-contract interfaces, purchasing, supplier onboarding, invoicing and payment processes.
Demonstrable experience of system configuration, process design, testing and implementation.
Ability to engage effectively with senior Procurement, Finance and Technology stakeholders.
A delivery focused mindset, with the ability to hit the ground running and add immediate value in an interim capacity.
