This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA or Senior Administrator who enjoys being at the centre of a busy senior leadership team and is confident organising diaries, managing inboxes, coordinating meetings and keeping senior managers on track.

Why this version works

I've made the practical day-to-day duties much clearer, particularly diary management, inbox monitoring, OneNote/filing, agendas, SLT meetings and minute taking, as these are likely to be the strongest search terms for suitable candidates. I've also kept the more formal data, FOI and project responsibilities without letting them overshadow the core PA role.
