Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting clients through the pensions transfer and onboarding process
Keep clients informed with regular updates, respond to enquiries and ensure every client receives a smooth, professional experience
Process documentation, obtain electronic signatures and maintain accurate client records
Liaise with pension providers to progress cases efficiently
Work closely with Financial Advisers and the wider operations team
Help deliver a high-quality customer experience and contribute to continuous process improvementAbout You
Previous customer service or administration experience within a professional office environment
Experience managing customer enquiries, documentation or administrative processes
Confident communicating with customers by phone and email
Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using business systems and maintaining accurate customer records
Motivated to develop specialist knowledge and build a long-term career in financial services
