Job Title: Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Technical Consultant to deliver technical solutions across Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM programmes.

The position suits a seasoned Oracle technical consultant who enjoys practical delivery, taking ownership of integration work, and coordinating with both technical and functional colleagues. The role includes developing and assuring Oracle Integration Cloud solutions that link with Oracle Cloud applications.

Key responsibilities

Creating, configuring and testing integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud.
Connecting automation platforms with Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM applications.
Working with solution architects and functional specialists to make sure technical designs support business processes and reporting needs.
Supporting activities after deployment, including assurance, handover and knowledge sharing.
Building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Coaching junior team members and helping improve integration standards, methods and delivery quality.

Skills and experience

Extensive Oracle Cloud technical experience across ERP and/or HCM, or similar Oracle E-business Suite experience.
Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills, including performance tuning.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite or modern REST-based integration tools.
Good understanding of Oracle SaaS data models, including Finance, HCM and Payroll.
Strong communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.
Work arrangements

This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role, with regular attendance required in Central London.
