What you'll be doing

Working across the Epicor Kinetic platform to improve business processes
Supporting optimisation, enhancements, and ongoing ERP evolution
Gathering requirements and translating them into system improvements
Driving business change and stakeholder adoption
Supporting integrations, migrations, and new initiatives
Partnering with teams across finance, operations, and commercial

What they're looking for

Strong experience with Epicor Kinetic (essential)
Background in ERP delivery, analysis, or transformation
Experience as a Business Analyst, ERP specialist, or change professional
Confident working with stakeholders and driving adoption
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
A proactive, 'get stuck in' mindset
