SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant
Duration: Initial 3-month contract
Location: Hybrid - bi-weekly onsite attendance required
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant to support a client through the discovery phase of an upcoming S/4HANA programme. The initial engagement will focus on assessing payroll requirements, existing processes and system capabilities, with the potential for further involvement in the subsequent programme delivery phase.
Key Responsibilities
Support the discovery phase, assessing the existing payroll landscape, processes and business requirements.
Provide expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and UK payroll localisation.
Identify payroll integration requirements, gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to solution design, programme planning and recommendations for the next phase of the S/4HANA programme.
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define the future-state payroll solution.
Requirements
Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, ideally Employee Central Payroll.
Proven UK payroll localisation experience, including statutory and regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting SAP discovery, assessment or transformation projects.
Understanding of payroll integration with SAP S/4HANA and related HR systems.
Willingness to attend client site on a bi-weekly basis.
Future Opportunity: Following the discovery phase, there is potential for a further engagement supporting the delivery of the wider transformation programme.
