Commercial Gas Engineer – Central Belt
Salary: Up to £47,000 DOE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management and Building Services provider, covering a range of commercial sites throughout the Central Belt of Scotland.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to join a stable business with a strong portfolio of commercial contracts.
The Role
As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of commercial gas and heating systems across a variety of client sites.
Key responsibilities will include:

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties

Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial boilers and heating systems

Fault finding and diagnosing issues across gas and associated plant

Completing PPMs in line with contractual requirements

Responding to reactive call-outs and breakdowns
-
Carrying out remedial works where required

Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations

Completing relevant paperwork and job reports accurately

Providing a professional service to clients while working independently across your designated area
What We’re Looking For
-
Experienced Commercial Gas Engineer
-
Current commercial gas qualifications, such as CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1 and TPCP1/1A
-
Strong experience within commercial maintenance, FM or Building Services
-
Experience with commercial boilers, heating systems and associated plant
-
Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Ability to manage your own workload and work independently
