We’re looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to support a major Data Migration and SaaS implementation project within the financial services environment.
The role will support the replacement of a legacy collections platform with a new SaaS solution, with a strong focus on data migration, systems integration, operational readiness and SaaS configuration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support data migration activities, including data mapping between legacy and new systems.
- Analyse complex business and technical requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Support SaaS configuration across functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, backlog items and refinements.
- Support solution design and development across internal teams and external vendors.
- Lead Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support implementation, operational readiness and transition into live service.
- Work with external suppliers to ensure delivery against requirements and agreed SLAs.
- Operate effectively within an Agile delivery environment and complex legacy systems landscape.
- Support stakeholders across multiple markets and functions.
Key Skills & Experience- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, ideally with 10+ years' IT experience.
- Strong experience across the full project lifecycle.
- Significant hands-on experience with Data Migration and Data Mapping.
- Strong Systems/Business Analysis qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Experience within Financial Services, with automotive experience advantageous.
- Experience working with legacy systems and SaaS solutions.
- Strong experience in SIT, UAT, systems integration and implementation.
- Experience working with vendors and third-party technology providers.
- Agile experience; PRINCE2 or PMP desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within complex, enterprise-scale technology environments.
