The post holder is accountable for leading the implementation and scaling of AI solutions, ensuring delivery at pace and successful integration into operational environments.
Expectations
• Lead a portfolio of AI delivery projects within the CoE
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and risks across multiple initiatives
• Drive prioritisation aligned to business needs (SPT Connections focus)
• Lead implementation of AI solutions into operational environments
• Ensure integration with systems, workflows and data platforms
• Engage senior stakeholders across SPT and wider SPEN
• Coordinate across business, IT and external partners
Requirements
• Strong experience delivering digital, AI or data programmes
• Proven project and programme management capability
• Experience in system integration and deployment
• Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
• Proven delivery experience in complex environments
