We are supporting a major global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SAP PSA (Production Sharing Accounting) Solution Architect / Functional Lead to join a specialist upstream finance workstream.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and architecture of SAP PSA solutions
- Act as the primary PSA design authority across the programme
- Lead workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions
- Advise business and IT stakeholders on PSA best practices and solution design
- Coordinate PSA activities and oversee delivery quality
- Review and approve PSA-related deliverables
- Align PSA processes with related JVA and PRA workstreams
- Support requirements clarification, solution design, testing, and deployment
- Ensure alignment with SAP standard capabilities and clean-core principles
- Provide guidance to globally distributed delivery teams
Required Experience- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PSA (Production Sharing Accounting) in S/4HANA environments
- Good understanding of integration with SAP JVA
- Experience operating as a Functional Lead, Solution Architect, or Design Authority
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Experience working within global SAP transformation programmes
- Oil & Gas, Energy, or Natural Resources industry experience preferred
