ERP Implementation Consultant / Engineer (Epicor)
Remote (UK-based) + International Travel to Germany

We're partnering with a client to hire an ERP Implementation Consultant / Engineer to play a key role in a multi-year ERP transformation programme across Germany and the UK.
This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end ERP implementations, starting with a major Epicor rollout in Germany, followed by future UK projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support full ERP implementation lifecycle (discovery ? design ? deployment ? support)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
- Act as the key on-the-ground technical lead for ERP delivery alongside external consultants and US-based teams
- Support system configuration, testing, and rollout activities
- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement
- Help shape best practices and implementation approaches across multiple projects
Key Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations end-to-end
- Hands-on approach - not just project management
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance, operations, supply chain etc.)
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions
- Ability to estimate effort, timelines, and delivery risks
Desirable (but not essential):
- Epicor ERP experience (highly advantageous)
- Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar
- German language skills (particularly valuable for UK-based candidates)
