ERP Support Specialist - Onsite

The Role We’re hiring an ERP Support & Business Process Specialist to support key ERP systems; Quantum and Pentagon.
This is a highly specialised support role combining ERP system expertise, reporting, and process compliance within a regulated industry.
What You’ll Do- Manage and resolve ERP support tickets
- Provide onsite support for Quantum (in-office in Southend-on-Sea)
- Produce tailored reports and support data analysis
- Ensure process compliance and resolve workflow issues
- Train and guide staff on correct system usage to support them performing their tasks in the systems.
- Support onboarding of new businesses and employees onto ERP systems
What We’re Looking For- ERP experience (any system considered)
- Strong process and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable with reporting and data
- Excellent communication and user support skills
- Experience in a regulated environments is a plus
Travel- Occasional travel across UK & Europe (e.g. Ireland, Germany)
- Typically once per quarter
- Expenses covered
