SAP S/4HANA Transformation Consultants / Principals
Language: German fluency required (C1 minimum)

We are hiring experienced SAP S/4HANA professionals to join a growing transformation practice delivering large-scale enterprise change programmes across Germany. Opportunities are available at multiple levels, from consultant through to Industry Principal / Senior Program leadership, for individuals with strong SAP consulting backgrounds and a proven track record in complex transformation environments.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, leading solution design, stakeholder engagement, roadmap planning and delivery execution. You will work closely with both business and IT stakeholders, support major client programmes from early-stage strategy through to implementation, and contribute to high-impact transformation initiatives across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes across full project lifecycles
- Engage with stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, business requirements and solution design
- Deliver across Greenfield, Brownfield and Hybrid S/4HANA programmes
- Provide expertise in one or more SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, EWM, TM, ABAP or Fiori
Requirements
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation
- Expertise in at least one core SAP functional or technical module
- Hands-on SAP consulting background
- Experience delivering a minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Exposure to at least two project types: Greenfield, Brownfield and/or Hybrid
- Experience with Phase 0 / transformation preparation activities
- Valid SAP certification in a relevant area
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to support solution proposals and effort estimations
- German language fluency at C1 level is essential
