Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Management Consultant to support the analysis and
improvement of our business operations. This is a genuine vacancy created to meet the company’s

inefficiencies, implementing practical solutions, and contributing to strategic development.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse internal business operations, systems, and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas
for improvement
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve organisational performance and
productivity
• Conduct detailed data analysis to support evidence-based decision-making
• Design and implement structured operational frameworks and process improvements
• Prepare reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior management
• Support long-term business planning and organisational development initiatives
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant UK laws, regulations, and professional standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement change management initiatives
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience in management consulting, business
analysis, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business analysis tools
