What information do I need to post a job?

Job title, description, location (or remote), contract type (contract or permanent), salary or rate (recommended), and an apply URL or email address. The more detail you provide, the better your listing performs.

Should I include a salary or day rate?

Yes, wherever possible. Listings with salary information consistently receive more applications. Candidates in this market are experienced professionals who screen out roles without clear compensation — particularly contractors comparing day rates.

Can I post contract and permanent roles?

Yes. Both are supported and can be filtered separately by job seekers.

Can I post remote roles?

Yes. Remote, hybrid, and on-site roles are all supported. Remote status is tagged and filterable.

How quickly does my listing go live?

Immediately on payment. Your listing is also submitted to Google Jobs indexing immediately and automatically.

Can I edit my listing after posting?

Yes — log in to your employer account at any time during the 30-day period and edit job details, description, or apply link.

Can I repost a listing once it expires?

Yes. You'll receive an email reminder before your listing expires. You can repost manually at the same price.

I have a role that covers multiple ERP platforms — how should I tag it?

Post the role once and include all relevant platforms in the description. Our Auto-Tagger will assign the most relevant category and tags. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll advise.

What's included in a Standard Listing?

One job listing, live for 30 days, appearing in search results and relevant category pages, distributed to Google Jobs via Rapid Indexing, with a direct apply link to your ATS or email.

What's the difference between Standard and Featured?

Featured listings are pinned to the top of relevant search results and highlighted on category pages. If you're hiring for in-demand skills — S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Workday, Business Central — or need to move quickly, Featured is the right choice. It's also the recommended option for agencies placing contractors where time-to-fill directly affects margin.

Who is the Employer Bundle for?

The Bundle is designed for implementation partners, staffing firms with regular ERP requirements, and end-user organisations running active programmes with multiple open roles. At £500/month for five featured listings, it's the most cost-effective option for sustained hiring activity.

Do you offer volume discounts beyond the Bundle?

If you have more than five simultaneous roles, contact us to discuss a custom arrangement.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payment via Stripe. All major debit and credit cards accepted.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes — a payment confirmation and VAT invoice is emailed immediately.

Do you offer refunds?

Listings go live immediately, so we're unable to offer refunds once posted. If there is an issue with your listing, contact us and we'll work to resolve it.

Can I upgrade from Standard to Featured after posting?

Yes. Contact us and we'll arrange an upgrade for the difference in price (£100).

For Agencies and Staffing Firms

Is ERP Project Jobs suitable for agencies?

How do applications reach us?

Applications are directed to whatever apply URL or email address you specify on the listing. There is no intermediary — candidates apply directly to you.

Is it free to search and apply for jobs?

Yes — browsing and applying is completely free for job seekers.

Do I need to register to apply?

No registration is required to apply. You can create a profile to save searches and set up job alerts.

Can I set up job alerts?

Yes — sign up for email alerts filtered by ERP platform, role type, location, and contract type.

How current are the listings?

Listings are aggregated daily from major UK job sources and supplemented by direct employer postings. Expired listings are removed automatically.

Can I upload my CV?

Yes — you can optionally upload a CV as part of your profile. Employers on the Employer Bundle plan have access to the candidate CV database.

How do I know the roles are real ERP roles?

All roles are filtered through our Auto-Tagger system, which screens out non-ERP positions before they appear on the board. We cover SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday, NetSuite, IFS, Infor, Epicor, Sage Intacct and other ERP platforms across project delivery role types.
