What You'll Deliver

Design and deliver robust front-end and back-end software solutions using C#, .NET, and the Microsoft technology stack - shipping features that directly impact how legal professionals work.
Collaborate within a Scrum framework alongside developers, QA engineers, architects, and product managers to move work from requirements through delivery with quality and speed.
Bring an AI-first mentality to your engineering workflow, leveraging tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development and raise the bar on productivity.
Own the quality of your work end-to-end - from resolving defects with QA to creating and maintaining clear solution documentation.
Contribute to Litera's coding standards, security practices, and engineering principles - and recommend improvements when you see a better way.
Continuously expand your technical skill set across Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and emerging technologies to stay ahead of what's next.

Litera is committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the recruitment process. If you need an accommodation, please let us know and we'll work with you to meet your needs.
