The Role

We're hiring a Delivery Consultant to support our growing SAP permanent division across Europe and the USA.

This is a candidate-focused role where you'll partner with the internal sales teams to deliver high-quality SAP talent into global transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Source, engage and manage high-quality SAP candidates across EU & US markets
Own the full delivery lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting and offer management
Build strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines
Work closely with Business Development Consultants to fulfil client requirements
Provide market insight on talent availability, salaries, and hiring trends
Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
